Jail bait dating website adult dating link

So whoever said that to you was basically implying you're bait to send someone to jail if they were ever caught in a relationship with you.A gritty coming of age thriller about a young girl sent to juvenile prison for the murder of her abusive stepfather. For example, in the United Kingdom, where the age of consent is 16, the term is used to refer to those younger than 16, whereas in some parts of the United States, where the age of consent is 18, the term would refer to those aged under 18.The frequent use of the term jailbait in popular culture has been linked to a greater understanding of age of consent laws among teenagers. That's neither here nor there, though, because that's not what the film is.I won't judge this movie for what it wasn't.It isn't at all believable in the the slightest.

As mentioned on that page, California's consent law 18 with no exceptions is the strictest in the United States (and possibly the industrialized world).

It can hardly even be called a movie, but more on that later. So, a young woman or teenage girl (her age isn't exactly made clear, but the actress playing her is in her 30's) accidentally kills her stepfather, who was trying to rape her, while she was defending herself.

Okay, I know we're supposed to check reality at the door when watching a film, but there's a line. No court in the western world would lock up a woman that accidentally killed her attacker while defending herself, especially not in the US where "stand your ground" laws are all over the place.

The film follows Anna Nix's journey into the dark world of an all girls jail where she discovers complex relationships, drugs, mental illness, and her eventual search for redemption.

I only went into this movie knowing that it was an Asylum film.
